Lina, Gus, and their crew are EXCELLENT!! She cleans our 49-unit loft condo building and our property has never looked better!! Prior to Lina, we had a well-known property management company do it, and we didn’t realize how bad it was until we met and hired Lina!! She really turned our property around.
She also cleans a 17,000 sf office building in Arvada, and that place also looks great. Over there, her crew actually enters the suites of our dozen or so tenants and all of them are very pleased as well.
Lina’s prices are very fair (a bit too low in my opinion) and her attentiveness to special needs, like power washing or emergency clean-ups, is like that of an EMS response team.
